Casa Woodbine is a charming 4-bedroom beachfront home located on the golden sands of Tamarindo Beach, just steps from the ocean and a short walk to town. With a private beachfront pool, daily housekeeping, and a prime location on the peaceful southern end of the beach, this home is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxed and authentic Costa Rican getaway.
Wake up to the sound of the waves, spot howler monkeys lounging in the Guanacaste tree on the property, and enjoy easy access to sunbathing, surfing, swimming, or even kayaking to Isla Capitán—all just outside your door.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. All bedrooms feature king-size beds, offering a luxurious and restful experience for every guest. Three of the bedrooms are private bed-and-bath suites, providing added comfort and privacy.

Fantastic home with incredible access to town! Great beach and views! The yard and pool is covered with beautiful trees and the pool is situated for watching the waves or swimming a few laps! The house is appointed with every thought of convenience and how to live in and outside! We were greeted by a Howler monkey in the tree obove the yard on the day of our arrival and visited by several iguanas during the day. The surf is a great learning playground for the beginner as well as more exp.
The house sits on the quiet end of the beach but easy walking distance to town. A beautiful back patio lets out right onto the beach. Huge iguanas and monkeys visited us. Very comfortable for 4 adults and 4 kids. Would definitely return.
We were in this beautiful home for 10 days. There is nothing better than walking out your back door on to a beach. The views were gorgeous. Enough to do for the whole family ranging from 4 – 67. Spent a lot of time surfing with lessons as well. The little ones even gave it a try. Horseback riding on the beach. Just loved it.
Great house and location. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo but still just a short walk to most of the excellent restaurants and shops they have. The most comfortable beds ever and is set up well for a family with 2 bedrooms on each side of the living area and 4 bathrooms. Plenty of space to spread out both inside and out and the best gardener and housekeeper keeping everything tidy.
